''Reach To Teach Recruiting'' is an ESL teacher placement agency based in Taiwan that places native English speakers with a bachelor's degree in schools throughout Asia, South America, and Europe. They are one of Asia's largest recruiting agencies. Their pre-screening process includes an hour-long audio/video interview, followed by a pre-departure session. Some of the schools that Reach To Teach works with require criminal record checks, which are done through government organizations and independent organizations. Reach To Teach spends four to six hours on the phone with all of their teachers on average before the teacher arrives at their school. The schools that Reach To Teach works with in South Korea and China generally offer teachers free housing and round-trip airfare as part of the teaching package. The Taiwan schools that they work with offer a competitive rate of pay that allow their teachers to live extremely well, while also saving money. They also have a partnership with the TLG program in Georgia, Eastern Europe, which is sponsored by the Georgian Ministry of Education and Science.
